Try us risk free! There are no contracts to sign and you can cancel or put a hold on your delivery anytime with a minimum 72 hour notice.

How do I add or change my address, pick up location, box size or how often I receive a delivery?2019-01-23T19:40:45+00:00

To change your box size, pick up location, delivery address, or delivery schedule sign into your account. Click on the “My Account” button at the top right corner of our website home page. Be sure and make any changes before 2:00 pm, 3 business days prior to your delivery. After 2:00 pm the system will lock you out and you will not be able to make any changes.

Monday account modifications received by Wednesday 2:00 pm the week prior
Tuesday account modifications received by Thursday 2:00 pm the week prior
Wednesday account modifications received by Friday 2:00 pm the week prior
Thursday account modifications received by Monday 2:00 pm the week prior
Friday account modifications received by Tuesday 2:00 pm the week prior

How to change your box size:

Delete current selection, then select (+share) select from the drop down menu categories then press save.  Once your update has been saved, you along with SLO Veg will receive an automatic email with confirmation.

 

How to change your delivery frequency:

If you are a bi-weekly delivery and would like to resume the following week instead of waiting two weeks for your next delivery.  Please delete the current 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th week schedule that you are currently on. Then update by selecting (+share) select the schedule you desire and press save.  Once your transaction is saved your next delivery day will be posted.  You along with SLO Veg will receive an automatic email confirming your next delivery date.

 

How to change your pick up location:

Please email or call us directly to update your pick up location.  Our system will not automatically allow you to change locations due to routing purposes.  Email us at: service@sloveg.com or call our administrative number: 805-704-8230.

 

How to change your delivery address:

Log into your personal account, update with your new address.

 

How to change your delivery day:

Please email or call us to switch your delivery day.  We will manually update your desired day on our end.  Our routing system will not allow subscribers to change delivery day on your end.  Email us: service@sloveg.com or call our administrative number: 805-704-8230.

Weekly Subscribers:

Your next delivery will occur on your next regularly scheduled delivery day at the end of your hold date. When placing your hold, please select your return date 2 day’s prior to your next desired delivery day.  Once you’ve placed your hold and saved the update, you along with SLO Veg will receive an automatic email confirming your next delivery date.

 

Bi-Weekly Subscribers:

If you are a bi-weekly delivery and would like to resume the following week instead of waiting two weeks for your next delivery.  Please delete the current 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th week schedule that you are currently on. Then update by selecting (+share) select the schedule you desire from the drop down menu and press save.  Please select your return date 2 day’s prior to your next desired delivery day.  Once you’ve placed your hold and saved the update, you along with SLO Veg will receive an automatic email confirming your next delivery date.

Yes! You have until 2:00 pm, 3 business days prior to your delivery/shipment day to place your box on hold. You have until 2:00 pm to place your hold. The system will lock you out of your hold section after 2:00 pm. (See our schedule below for your delivery day/time cut off). If an emergency arises and you need to place a hold on your delivery after the cut off time, please contact us at SLO Veg: 805-704-8230 or email us directly at: service@sloveg.com

We are closed weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Your credit/debit card will be charged 1 day prior to your delivery. In an emergency situation, if your box is held after your card is charged, a credit will be placed on your account to pay for your next box.

Tuesday holds placed by Thursday 2:00 pm prior week before delivery/shipment
Wednesday holds placed by Friday 2:00 pm prior week before delivery/shipment

If you need to suspend your delivery indefinitely, please contact us. Yes, of course you can! Our program is very flexible and we want our service to work best for you. When you sign up, you can select our Weekly, Bi Weekly (every other week), or Monthly delivery options. You can always change your frequency by logging into your account and selecting your preference.

Click “My Account” button at the top right corner of our website home page. Log into your account with your email address and password. You can utilize our SLO Veg Marketplace to add on signature local artisan items with your fresh harvest boxes, update your delivery address, update your debit/credit card payment information, box size, box frequency, and place holds.
